All people and their diverse experiences are valuable.  I will work endlessly as a servant leader to lift others up to maximize their potential.  Children will see their role in this world and they will understand their ability to impact change.  Educators, community, support staff, families, and ultimately children will value diversity and recognize the assets that accompany our differences.  Increasing student proficiency, building staff capacity, and raising student achievement will drive all decisions.
