Technology
Standard 9: Communication
Education leaders use and promote technology and information systems to monitor, manage, and enrich the learning environment. They know how to assess and apply current technology for time, task, and systems management; effective and timely communication; information access, management, and presentation; curriculum enrichment; and diversification of instructional strategies. Education leaders act as informed consumers of technology, selecting technology appropriate to organizational vision and performance goals, evaluating technology effectiveness, and addressing issues of technology access and equity.

Referral Data-base-2013 Data with Introduction to SSS for Problem Identification (CURRENT)
This is a database I created where we can look and analyze data referral to get an idea of the types of behaviors that occur, the location, the administrative response as well as who is writing the referrals. This system has endless possibilities, you can also utilize this to track sub group data. I found it most beneficial to target behavioral coaching cycles. When we have a number of referrals written by a singular individual, we could target that area.
